Yes you can. I added a GTX 970 and an EVGA 600w B1 PSU and upgraded the ram to the Kingston hyperx Fury 16GB. I also upgraded the keyboard to an Eagle Tec G010 mechanical keyboard and the mouse to Zelotes T90 9200 DPI gaming mouse. Next I'm adding an SSD. Its a good base machine coming out of the box for the money, but I turned it into a smoking gaming machine for just a few hundred dollars more.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Intriguing question Meh. This PC is really more of a laptop in a box. Not really capable of a 960 and full size power supply. Since you are learning, I'd highly recommend you purchase components separately, box, PS, mobo, RAM, CPU, fans, HDD, video and do it yourself. It's rewarding and fun. Best of luck!
