The PC goes on sale off and on, be patient and keep checking back. As for the PS, yes you can. A couple weeks ago I bought two of these systems one for each of my twin my sons, before we even fired them up we changed the video cards and power supplies. The great thing about these systems is that they are build with industry standard form factor parts, so you can upgrade anything in them.
