Will run fortnite but for other games updating the graphics card power supply is a must. Throwing a wraith cooler on the processor can help as well picking up a m.2 ssd to store boot menu and windows processes will help better game performance with or without upgrading graphics card and power supply. Myself I have a Radeon 550 graphic card which you can throw in the pc without upgrading power supply
