will it play fallout 4 on low settings? null

It should be able to RUN the game at low settings, but probably at 20-40 frames per second, which is pretty horrible for a gaming PC. AMD CPU AND GPU aren't really great for gaming. I would recommend an i7 intel processor and GTX 970 to completely enjoy Fallout 4 on high settings with 60 frames!

A GTX 970 is capable of running any game for possibly the next few years in ultra settings
