“What will avoid the warrenty in this product? So I've always been wanting to open the side panel of this tower to look at the parts inside. However I was told by friends and others that if you do that, your warranty gets denied. So what will cause to avoid the warranty?”

There are no tamper stickers or warranty tape inside the case so I dont think it can be voided just by opening the case

To my knowledge, most manufacturer warranties are considered void if services are performed by someone not authorized by the manufacturer. That is why opening your own computer may void the warranty.
