When looking for a computer, I wanted something that had good pre installed hardware but allowed me to get experience on upgrading computer hardware.
As much as the PC was packed very snug, there was no inner cushioning in the case, and I believe that's what caused the rear fan in mine to wobble while spinning. I don't know if there was an option for extra packaging but if there is, I recommend you get that.
This thing is taking cool to the extreme (as far as fans go) with it's case design. Air flow is great and as much as it has two vent areas meant for more fans to be mounted, it pretty much invites dust to come in and snuggle with the motherboard. The fans themselves are also great as they glow red while cooling your system. But the fans aren't whisper quite as you will always hear the fans almost subtle hum. It's not as bad as I made it sound. For the average gamer, you'll probably be gaming so hard that you won't even notice or care.
To add more about the case, the wires inside are so aesthetically pleasing that a college computer professor could shed a tear from it's clean organization and very pleasing zip tie job.
As it has already said in the specs, is already has Windows 8 pre installed which I wasn't looking forward to at first but after using it for a bit I got accustomed to Microsoft's new approach to the OS's updated UI. The best part about Windows 8 is that it boots up REALLY fast. When powering on, you will be at the login screen within 15 seconds.
This comes with a gaming keyboard and mouse and both of which exceeds my expectations and they are both very nice quality and won't have me going out and trying to find replacements anytime soon.
One thing to be aware of is that the graphics card does have an HDMI output on it, so Best Buy needs to update the specs.
I've read many people complain about the power supply going bad and I did not have this problem.
As much as the computer is already good in the specs, I improved mine with an 850w power supply and replaced the Nvidia graphics with an AMD Radeon 7750 for now. I have also added a dual band Cisco wireless thumb drive as this computer does not have wireless.
If you're looking for a PC project to unleash some gaming power, this is a great candidate! If you're looking for a good gaming computer, out of the box, you will be able to run any Valve game with great quality but don't expect to be playing any high-end games like Battlefield 3.

I bought this computer for a gaming/autocad work station so far its running great. I was a little worried about the power supply so i swapped it out for a heavier duty one. I play alot of league of ledgends with it and it runs great on high settings and it hold a solid 60 fps in even the largest team fights. Also looks great on tomb raider and the witcher 2. Only issues I really have are cable management space and the case design almost makes water cooling mandatory in a bigger build because of the cpu placement it is to high and blocks two fan or radiator locations.

After my laptop died, I needed to get a new computer for gaming. Only working part-time, and being in school doesn't leave me with a lot of money left over to spend. I enjoy 3D games that require a good computer, (ex. World of Warcraft, The Sims 3, etc.) but don't have the kind of money to dump $1,000 on a gaming computer. This computer is an incredibly good value for the money in my opinion. I personally got it while it was on sale, and the computer runs lightning quick. I've loaded on World of Warcraft and The Sims 3 to see how games run on this, and they both run incredibly smooth with graphics on the "high" setting. Luckily, I've not encountered any problems with the computer thus far, though the fan that cools the computer can be slightly noisy at times, it isn't anything that raises a red-flag so to speak. In summary, it's a great computer for the price, runs games well, and is an amazing value.

Love this computer! Was easy to set up with duel monitors. I primarily use it as a gaming computer for Blizzard games. No problems with lagging and is able to handle high resolution games.

This computer is not your top of the line computer, however for the price and the specs it comes with it is a great machine. I normally build my own machines however this time I was in a pinch for time so I decided to make a quick purchase.
This machine came in excellent condition and I had it up and running with no problems what so ever.
This computer comes with minimal bloatware(un-needed software) and runs great.
The fan was extremely loud at first but with very little tweaking of the positioning it went completely silent.

So I have had this computer for a month now and I am impressed. All the bad reviews must have been a shipping problem because it arrived the next day I was expecting another 7 days. Great service. Can be noisy at times just get a can of air turn it off and spray all fans do not forget the internal one. Let sit for 5 to 10 hours the sound will go away. Overall got this for gaming to tide me over. Will be keeping and just upgrading. Wiring is excellent. I truly felt I got a great deal on this really happy

This was purchases as a gift for my son. He loves it the fan is loud once it is on but quiets after a short time - hoping this is not a defect but he loves everything about the computer including the amount of memory it has.

Bought for my 15yr old son for his birthday. Sets up easy. He can also use the system for school (which is good). Hooked it up to his TV and uses it as his monitor. He says it's "fast" and the graphics are good.

For a decent beginning PC that can be upgraded moderately to be even a better system. Cyberpower always puts out good machines for a fair price. Received unit really quick in good condition. Started unit right up and everything worked out great! My kid is enjoying it for both gaming and school!

This computer was easy to set up, came with an excellent mouse and keyboard, and runs great. My previous PC was a few years old, so I needed an upgrade bad. This PC was everything I expected and more. If you've never used Windows 8, it takes some adjustment. But after a day or two, you'll love it.

From order to delivery was pretty quick, setup is a no-brainer, but my unit came configured wrong in the bios settings, and this caused the computer to tell me that there was no bootable device. Upon calling customer support, they told me it was a manufacturer defect and to send the unit back (a process that would leave me without a computer for several weeks) or drive 100 miles to the nearest Best Buy and chance that they have the same unit in stock.
I've built every computer I've owned so this was the first pre-assembled computer I've bought. I know my way around the bios and its settings, so I adjusted the settings and now the computer boots like it should. I got windows 8 setup and figured out, which turns out to be very simple and user friendly.
The windows experience index on this computer is 4.3 with the lowest score being the desktop aero score, otherwise this would rank at a 5.9. I'm not a gamer (anymore), so I can't rate it on that scale, but this computer does everything I need it to and more (I'm attending online college), so for the money, if you do light gaming, or use it to run your business, this computer is a great buy.

I got this computer for my fiance since his old one went bad. It was quite easy to set it up. There is very little sound from the fans. I actually plan to buy one myself when I get my tax return back.

I bought this to upgrade my old PC. I'm not a gamer, but I need a PC to do video and photo editing, and this "gaming desktop" fits my budget while offering plenty of memory and hard disk space. The looks is great, but I think it's more to a "man/gamer" style, which I don't mind at all. And from the time I unpack and boot it up, it runs very fast, and Windows 8 turns out to be pretty easy to use. With this PC I can finish my work faster, and I can have a lot more internal storage I can use. Overally, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Fast slick computer that manages to consistently crash every couple of hours of use. Can be frustrating.
