Yes u will need to upgrade the psu idk what watt but to even upgrade the graphics you will need a better psu considering it only has a 350 watt to just upgrade the graphics card to a 480 u will need at least a 400 watt psu if u decide to upgrade the gpu and cpu I would prefere a 500 watt to 600 watt psu.
