Maybe because it has no DVD or Blue ray Drive you have to buy a external one

Please try again later.I'm guessing a few things since Just bought one days ago ... no Ethernet card ...no cd rom ...also my keyboard keys g h I 'didn't work at all' so had major issues with tellin windows the right info WHEN YOU CANT TYPE LETTER YOU NEED ...I had to use old keyboard which stil usn 'on new pc :( n it allowed me to type what needed open notepad tried type n name/pass to copy n paste n realize keys wasn't workin so the g in the code 'wasn't showin up password n didn't have the show it option but I typed slow n watched * show up n sometimes I didn't n realize it was keyboard .. the case is HUGE ....and I mean huge 3x3 feet x15 or so wide n mother boards is like half the size which looks a bit odd but is tons of room open in there for venting
