“When I got my PC, the top USB ports on the case would not work at all. So, I took off the back panel of the PC and I noticed that the cord for the USBs doesn't even plug in to anything! Can someone tell me where to plug it in so I can have working USBs?”

On the bottom where the headers are you should see two rows of pins labeled "USB". Plug the cable on to that header. If you need assistance our tech agents can walk you through those steps.
