Two things: Check to see if your computer is on. If there are more than one HDMI ports on your TV, adjust your settings to where your TV will connect and recognize the port that has been inputted.

Once they took a look at it they said that there was no power going to the video card and they ordered me a new computer, I had to wait a week but the second one I got has been good ever since. Hope this helps!
