I am an office manager for a heating and cooling company and do not work for CyberPower or know anyone who does. I bought this PC because it seemed like the best deal for the price and I am far from being disappointed. She is fast, her graphics are great and I don't see how anyone can say it breaks easy. It as just as durable as an HP or a Dell in my opinion. Granted it has the glass side, and needs to be handled properly obviously, but it is heavy, and quite stable. I definitely recommend this PC if it meets your needs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had this computer for 4 months now, and have not had a single issue with it breaking. I would advise you to be ready to upgrade your PC, as I am now, so that you can run better games on higher settings.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this product for roughly two months now, and the computer is running beautifully... I have only run into two issues with my computer, but when i called the CyberPower company, they told me the easy fixes that only took 5-10 minutes... So far from my experience, i have seen that this is an amazing computer, it is well worth your money, and it does not break easily.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Both my GF's son and I have this model, and I have had no problems with mine. My GF's son did have to return his, but I think that was due to a corrupted file or 2 that was making things shut down. We replaced the unit, downloaded McAfee virus scan and firewall on the new unit, and have been running fine for over a month on both PC's. I would recommend getting at least 1yr of the Geek squad warranty, but other than that this box rocks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My son got a cyberpower pc for Christmas. Long story short it stopped working in 1 week. After 2 weeks of attempting to get help from Cyberpower customer service ( if you can all it that) I brought it in to Best Buy. The computer couldn't be repaired and ordered a new one. Then I called today to check on the status and my order was automatically cancelled because they stopped manufacturing that model. They are cheaply made, missing screws for the housing and would steer clear of Cyberpower.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
