• Any monitor is fine as long it uses at least DVI display input. The RX 460 should have DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort available for you to use.

• Personally, I use ( https://www.bestbuy.com/site/benq-21-5-led-fhd-monitor-black/5090910.p?skuId=5090910 ) and this is a cheap, good looking monitor. It's really nice and smooth.
