A:AnswerSadly , no this will not run it too well. The 720 isn't just compatible with the game. the standard graphics card i recommend are 2 745's or 1 960 with atleast a i5 processor from intel. If you choose to remain with AMD this is fine.

This game will run fine on CSGO low - mid settings, on H1z1 in the other hand it won't be too good. If you want to run better end games change the graphics card to one 960 or get another 720 or get 2 745's. Everything else should be fine.
