Get this one, for sure. The processor in this one is significantly better than the one in the other PC, and the graphics card is more than twice as powerful. Also worth noting is that the motherboard in this PC will be supported by AMD (the manufacturer of the processor) through 2020. If you wanted to upgrade it down the line, you'd have much less trouble than upgrading the other PC!
