“I just received this for Christmas and the download speed is awful I’m getting less than 1 mb/s on it is it the computer or my WiFi? I also installed the antennas”

More than likely your d/l problems are your WiFi. Check it's settings if it limits your d/l verses everybody else that uses your WiFi. Also try to just hard wire your lan in to see what type of d/l you get from a lan. If it's still under a 1 mb/s then it's most likely your ISP. * I use the term most likely does not mean only or exclusively. Their are near infinite factors that can limit d/l. Setup issues are a big part but not the only part.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it could be the placement of the computer in relation to the router. Make sure the router is somewhere near the computer, preferably on the same floor, with minor interferences, like doors, walls, etc. Hope this helps!
