“How do i turn on the lights that are inside the computer? The lights on the outside work fine but i havent figured out how to turn on the inside lights.”

Take off the side panel of the case, the non glass one with the two thumbscrews at the back. You’ll find a connector near the top left, and a hanging connector that fits, somewhere in the back. Plug it in

There should be RGB strip inside the PC. There is a chance it may have become disconnected.
