“I went out for the day and came back to my PC not turning on and one my connected micro-USB Cables basically blew up at the male connector. I'm guessing it's a OSU issue but I'm not 100% sure. What's my best route to fix this issue?”

Not sure about fixing the OSU issue yourself. But in the worst case situation, Best Buy Geek Squad is not authorized to repair the Cyberpower PC. I know, as we just had our unit repaired by returning it to Cyberpower under an issued RMA. Our PC refused to turn on and it was the motherboard. It was replaced under warranty as the unit was less than a year old. Outbound UPS freight out was on us at $72. Good luck with your repair. Hope it is an easy fix.
