“Does this computer come with the "Restore factory settings" option? That way I can reset the computer if I am going to sell it in the future, or if I want to wipe it clean in case I managed to get any malware or viruses.”

The computer can actually do both. You can restore to factory settings within the Windows operating system or if you wish to use the recovery disk to fully wipe the drive and install a clean version of Windows. Both are possible however restore settings may fail if the OS is corrupted so a clean install will be required.
