Maybe I can help. I build and repair PC's so I am somewhat knowledgeable. Try turning off the PC, and unplug the power. Take off the clear glass side window, and re-seat the RAM. Take out the RAM stick, put it back in the same slot. Do the same for the video card. They may not be fully connected. Also check EVERY plug and connector in the PC case. Take off the other metal side panel and check for loose cables on that side too. Mine had a few loose cables. Also check that the power cable on the back is TIGHT to the power supply on the PC. Mine came with a faulty power cable that was too loose, and I had to use my own. If power cable to the pc is loose, it will crash. Also if they are Steam games, Verify the integrity of the game files. Maybe they are not up to date or missing. Steam will re-download any corrupted files in the game. Run all Windows updates. If it still crashes, it's under warranty, just return it to best buy for replacement if within 2 weeks, or contact CyberPowerPC from their website.
