Monitors have better refresh rates than TV but that being said, sure u can play on a TV. Also yes u can add more space by adding a bigger hard drive or adding a second hard drive.

You may want to adjust the settings within the game you are trying to play in order to get better performance. In order to add space, you can add additional hard drives to the system. The Cyberpower system I have has 2 places to mount solid state drives, or possibly a laptop hard drive, behind the motherboard after removing the side panel opposite the glass side of the case. From there feed SATA cabled through the cable opening in the case an plug them into the available motherboard slots. On my system, you can add a traditional HDD also but would require ordering a mounting bracket to attach to the Phanteks mounting points to the right of the motherboard. Short answers: 1. Playing on a TV should not effect performance too much other than the latency from the graphics card to the tv as the tv does not process the graphics. 2. Yes, it is possible to add more storage space.
