“Does this unit come with a bunch of garbage software like dell and hp computers that can't be removed? What about the bios, is it customizable or is it like the garbage Dell puts out? What differences between this and if I built myself?”

The computer is only installed with Windows 10. Windows 10 then installs its own software so that is what you will see, it will be the same as if you installed Windows on your own. The bios will simply be the bios available by the motherboard and is only modified to have a unique splash screen. So the bios in the Pc will be the normal full feature bios the motherboard provides.
