Sent it into Best Buy and they said it could be a lot of things so they gave me the money back and they showed us a pc exactly the same made by Cyberpower just with a faster processor so we got that one for free as a replacement. But at the expense of all my files. So if your going to take it in, transfer your files off first if you have another pc.

The first thing to check out is the PSU and make sure that still works. Try doing a PSU power test to test it out. You can also try Power Cycling the PC. If not, there could be a chance you may need to change the battery.
