“I just got this pc for Christmas and I'm trying to power it up but I will not turn on please help”

Did you press the power button on the back? There is a power button on the back of the pc that you must press first and after that you press the power on that's on the top. It's a two power on type pc.

If plugging in to an UPS, try plugging in to the wall outlet. After taking the packing material out of the case, make sure all off your connections are secure. Something could have gotten pulled out of place.

On off switch right beside where the power cord plugs in. Then press power button on top of pc
