“This was supposed to come with a Quake package. Best Buy CLAIMS they emailed me instructions but I searched my email and my junk mail they NEVER sent me ANYTHING about this Quake package. AND there is NO WAY to contact BB except to wait on hold for 1hour”

I have this same PC. The Quake package is on the BestBuy receipt. Half way down the paper receipt it says how to redeem your promotional code for Quake Champions Pack by going to the website listed, creating an account, then sign in, click "Get your game key", and type the coupon code on your receipt. Hope this helps.
