“I bought this computer and the case fans are running at full speed. I tried using different software to slow the fans but no application would recognize the case fans; only the gpu fan. I was just wondering if there was a way to slow them down.”

From what I've read, the fan is connected to the PSU which makes it run at full speed at all times. Plugging it into the motherboard solved the problem for the people I got this info from.
