• Mine did not. It had HDMI and DCI. You can buy an adapter for $20 or something if you need it.

• If it has the Radion RX 580 card, no vga port. You can buy adapters for hdmi-to-vga at bestbuy here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-hdmi-to-vga-adapter-black/1577417.p?skuId=1577417, or save a bit and get an hdmi monitor ;)
