Thanks for reaching out wammerjammer. If you are trying to upgrade the RAM, you need to make sure the RAMs are of all the same brand and manufacturer. You should be able to use ant DDR4 RAMs. You either need to swap out the RAMs, or buy the same brand RAMs, whether it'd be 2 or 4 sticks of RAM. Do not put 2 different brands of RAM in your PC.
