• Is it connected to the MoBo or GPU?? If the Mobo directory connect it to the gpu

• It could be the Graphics card actually. What resolution are you playing at? Anything over 1440p is too much for a single RX 580 to run at max or near max settings. If you are playing at over 1440p, turn down the resolution and try again. Hope this helped!
