Can you stream on this PC smoothly null

My son uses this computer---mostly for streaming. He has no complaints except our slow internet!

Yes i streamed on this pc smoothly using OBS for twitch & youtube' it lower your fps a little bit if your playing fps games but regarding smoothness of stream its pretty smooth!
