I have seen so many users complain about this pc system with similar issues yet still is sold by bestbuy.

Install a CPU temperature monitoring program (e.g., Core Temp) to check if it is overheating -- 99% sure that is the case. By "extra ones", are you talking about extra case fans? If so, you'll need to invest in a better CPU cooler (either a heatsink/fan combo or liquid cooling unit will work -- check the other reviews for suggestions).
