In general, most PC's will have the window side panel on the left because of the position of the motherboard in the case. This typically requires mounting the motherboard in an upside down position which relocates the position of the ports and the graphics card otherwise does not affect the performance in any way. There are only a few cases on the market that allow such a configuration with the window on the right side panel and unfortunately we don't offer any PC's with that configuration currently.
