in my experience with this product it had a difficult time playing Call of Duty: Black Ops, the first one, so it has trouble with first-person shooters. the graphics card need to be upgraded.

The AMD R5 230 graphics card will be able to run that game but I cannot confirm if it can run that game that fast as this is an entry level graphics card which may limit you from running that game at 56-60fps.
