QuestionIs it possible for us to know exactly which Brand and type of Ram stick comes with this PC? Also the Motherboard? I want to buy more RAM from Bestbuy but I’m given no information on the MB or what specific RAM stick comes with this PC. Thanks

- Answer Not that I've been able to find, and that's not Cyberpower's model, but... I'm quite pleased with my system. Everything is name brand. MSI MB, Gigabyte Video, WD drives, though I immediately added more in, cause I had them. The single stick of 8GB ram does create interesting upgrade routes. My MB came as a very nice B460M PRO-VDH WIFI, which can have 1, 2, or 4 sticks. I purchased on 1/12/21.

QuestionI have a question. I too bought this on the 1/24/2021. I don't know what motherboard I have. When I opened the box their was two desk for my intel motherboard drivers and utilities. On the other desk, it said Aroura graphic drivers and utility'.

QuestionWe bought this PC for our 17 year old son for Xmas. He uses it for gaming. Just 2 weeks in he already asked to order a new fan for the CPU as he stated it was running really hot. We were upset because this PC comes with several fans????

- Answer He did reach out to Cyber PC support as we instructed him to do right away. He called on 1/14/21 and he was told the fans and running hot was not a warranty issue and that he would have to purchase a better fan on his own???????
