- Answer Yes!! All you have to do is select your tv in the volume menu and you'll hear everything from your pc out your tv speakers

- Answer I don’t think Best Buy or cyber PowerPC will personally change it, so I’d say you should try and upgrade it on your own by buying an rtx 4070

- Answer 4060, the number in the thousands is the generation, and the number in the tens is the individual model. So a 4090 would be a generations improvements compared to a 3090 for the 0090 level and and 4080 would be worse than a 4090 on a model level. So a 4060 is both a newer generation and a better model. Hope this makes sense,
