Can you change the color of the lights? null

Should be able to, go into your bios.(press del as it boots) You should be able to make all light changes there. Remember to save. I am still waiting on this rig so I'm unfamiliar with the layout of the bios screen atm. As far as I understand the keyboard and mouse have no lights. If you get a backlit keyboard or mouse with rgb(which I recommend a better m+k if you play fps games)it will come with its own instructions. Hope I helped.
