I can't speak for Geek Squad. Immediately upon purchase before firing up for the first time, I replaced the included CPU cooler with a Noctua NH-D15s chromax.black single fan. I was worried about clearance issues but it fits with about 8-10mm clearance from the glass side panel. CPU-Z benchmark with stock voltage and my CPU doesn't exceed 60 C.
