  • QuestionWhat is the model of the motherboard? Would like to see what types of Memory it could take, DDR4 vs DDR5. Etc

    • Answer It is a DDR5 ram that it comes with you can easily upgrade it. but be careful an employee told me that by doing that it can potentially void the warranty, so i would recommend going in store to get it confirm or done by the best buy members.

    • Answer Took me a while to figure this one out, there is an app pre-installed called "Aura". Launch that and its fairly straightforward from there. There's likely to be plenty of tutorials online if you have difficulty getting them to how you like!
