“I received this computer today, with instructions to install the motherboard. There was a bag inside the cage with parts. Is this normal? I'm not into gaming, but bought this computer to handle graphics for Instructional Design programs...new to this pc.”

I received my unit fully assembled, this doesn't sound normal to me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah that's how mine came too. It's a new technology they use so the inside of the desktop do not get damaged during transportation. You can just start rubbing/petting the bag and you will see how the inside of it will "dissolve" and you can then take it of.
