They have tbe same cpu/gpu/ram. They are basically the same but the omen is a little cheaper right now as im writting thing. Plus the omen has bluetooth and wifi built in while this computer does not. Lastly the omen has a nice aluminum case while the case of this one is cheap and plastic (i have this computer). Id go with the omen.
