“What is the serial number of this PC? The box and sticker show s/n: et9958-1205 . Is this correct? I keep getting told it is not”

Thank you for reaching out to us Starlord71. The serial number is located on the back of the PC towards the top and is the one above the bar code. The ET number should be the correct serial number.
