Yes the upper hdmi is an hdmi in, however it is the mainboard graphics. there is no use for it unless you need to troubleshoot the graphics card. Highly recommend this pc for the value. will play anything you throw at it on ultra and will continue to play many mroe future realeazses. only thing i recommend is a RAM update/

However, since you have an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor, your PC does not have any on-board graphics.
