“So I was wondering, is this PC good enough to run minecraft at low settings, and stream on the same PC. So will I be getting a lot of FPS, over 500 FPS, while streaming? Otherwise, this is a really good price for what I've known.”

500 FPS? Did you mean 50? I don't think that is actually a thing, but yeah, you will easily be able to run Minecraft and stream without any issues!
