“Dose this pc have sound built into it? My Monitor does not have sound, nor a place to plug in headphones or speakers, so if this pc has sound built into it, that would be great.”

Yes. The PC has very weak speakers that can output sounds. It is highly recommended to get headphones or external computer speakers. The internal speakers are very hard to hear.
