“I recently got this pc and when I turn it on the monitor said no signal and I tried switching the hdmi to the other hdmi and it sill said no signal and just went black”

Thank you for reaching out to us Javier. Please make sure your HDMI cable is plugged directly into the graphics card located below the pink, green, and blue audio ports. Also make sure your monitor's input settings is switched to the HDMI port that you're using on your monitor.
