Can I upgrade the specs to this pc? null

Yes you can, theres a side panel to the left of the pc which you have to unscrew and from there you can take a look at the inside of the computer and upgrade anything you want from there.

The GMA4200BST includes an Asrock B450M/ac MBO. The PCIe 3.0 x16 port is occupied by an XFX RX580 8GB VC. It has one available PCIe 2.0 x16 expansion port, and can support up to 4 memory sticks up to 64GB 3200(oc) DDR4 RAM. It also has an available Ultra M.2 Socket that supports type 2242/2260/2280 M.2 PCI Express modules. Given it's a Ryzen processor, you should be able to upgrade the processor as well. Just remember to get the thermal paste if you do.
