“When i put my head phones in the headphone jack i can hear but no mic but when i use it in the mic jack no audio no sound . how do i achieve a balance?”

• The front Jack is audio only. You need to either use an usb headset or one that spilts the signal into two mini plugs, then use the microphone and headphone input on the back panel - usually light green colored plugs.
