You can, there is HDMI, but the resolution, speed and performance will suffer. TVs don't make great monitors. I have used one for flight simulators and it works, but my 27" looks much better. You may need to futz with settings, but yeah, you can and people do it all the time. Be aware too big isn't good either... Monitors tend to be smaller for a reason. Hope this helps!
