No. I mean it might but you will most likely have to change the motherboard. And even if it works there will be a HUGE bottleneck. which will limit your performance by alot. so if your looking to make that kind of upgrade i recomment to either get a custom build or get a lower cpu upgrade. to maximize performance with a ryzen 9 you would need to change (ram, GPU, PSU, and motherboard.) a lot of hardware.
