“This is my 2nd pc in 4 days and I'm having another problem with the new one. I have the new computer and after 2 days, the one fan is running super loud. And not when its hot, this happens at bootup while in a cold room and starts loud and continues loud.”

Is the noise coming from a fan in the graphics card? Check the cables underneath it and make sure they don't curve up too high and interfere with the fan blade. If that's the issue, just pull them down away from the fan. This exact thing just happened to us on Saturday when my son opened his. The sound was awful, but luckily it was an easy fix.
