“Hello! If I wanted to replace the case on this PC at a later point and upgrade parts myself, would I have any issues transferring the parts (ex: proprietary parts that may prevent upgrades)? Thanks for your time”

You shouldn't! These PCs are meant to be modular and completely upgradable.
